Definitions
"BLOW" or "blowltd.com" "us" "we" or "our" means Glamdeva Ltd, a limited liability company.
"Partner" or “Partners” or "Pro" "Pro's" or “Provider” or "Providers" or "Supplier" or "Suppliers" means the professional provider of the services which you are booking through us.
"Client" or "Customer" or “you” the person choosing to receive the services supplied by the Partner.
“Platform” or “Marketplace” means and refers to the use of our website and applications/app, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook.
What We Do
BLOW is a trading name of Glamdeva Ltd, a UK-based company that connects beauty professionals (the providers) such as Makeup Artists, Hair Stylists and Nail Technicians to clients. Our aim is to make the booking process as efficient and accessible as possible. BLOW does not supply the service itself, this is the responsibility of the third-party provider. We reserve full rights to change the Terms and Conditions at any time, it is, therefore, your responsibility to check these on a regular basis. Should you not agree with these we suggest you do not use the services provided by our platform. By using our site you accept that you agree to the terms of usage and agree to comply with them.
We (BLOW) are solely an online booking platform and provide and facilitate bookings for our partners and the client and our contract is solely limited to the provision of the use of our platform.
Upon receipt of the terms and conditions, all communication should be between partner and client.
Service Charges and Payment
In consideration of the provision of our Services, we will charge you the administration fee (Booking Fee) and a Deposit set out in the booking confirmation. The remaining balance will be due to the partner before the booking/service is to commence.
On completion of booking, you will be sent an email confirmation outlining all details of your booking including details of the provider. It is your responsibility to confirm that all details are correct, should you need to change any of the booking details you will be required to inform the provider as soon as possible. You will have to comply with our cancellation policy which is outlined below.

Should you wish to cancel your booking you will need to contact the service provider directly as soon as possible, should you fail to comply to the specified timescale then you will be liable for the full cost of the booking as outlined in your confirmation. If you are cancelling outside of the 30 day period please contact us via this link https://glamdeva.com/contact Same terms apply for bookings made within the above timeframes.
Should you require to make any important changes such as the date, time, location etc, please contact the provider directly. There may be additional charges incurred and any changes will be at the discretion of the provider. The provider reserves the right to refuse any changes made and terminate the booking at any time.
Subject to receiving enough notice (i.e more than 30 days), we will try our utmost to reschedule your booking. Should this not be possible then we will have no choice other than to cancel the booking, the deposit paid will still be non-refundable, as per the above illustration.
If you are expecting to be late for your booking at the given address we advise for you to contact the provider immediately, the provider can reserve the right to cancel the booking should they not be available at a later time. As such you will become liable for 100% of the booking.
In the event that the service provider is unable to fulfil the booking please contact us on https://glamdeva.com/contact we will endeavour to rebook another service provider for you.
Disclaimer
As such, BLOW will market and promote the partner services on the information they have provided, therefore, they are fully responsible for updating BLOW with their rates/fees/prices, availability, policies and conditions, and other relevant information which is displayed on our Website. All information is correct at the time of booking.
We and our providers may use your images for promotional proposes on any of our platforms, should you wish your images not to be used please inform the provider at the earliest opportunity. We will only use image/content that is related to your booking.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the material on this website. We may make changes to the material on this website, or to the products and prices described in it, at any time without notice. The material on this website may be out of date, and we make no commitment to update such material.
The material on this website is provided “as is”, without any conditions, warranties or other terms of any kind. Accordingly, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we provide you with this website on the basis that we exclude all representations, warranties, conditions and other terms (including, without limitation, the conditions implied by law of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and the use of reasonable care and skill) which but for this legal notice might have effect in relation to this website.
Complaints
BLOW will not accept complaints about the services provided by a third party or Partner as BLOW does not take part or provide any part of the hire given to you by the Partner. Should your complaint be in relation to the services in which the Partner carried out for you, you must contact the Partner of your hired services directly.
BLOW will not be responsible for any refunds or compensation resulting from the hire provided to you by the Partner.
Liability
We, any other party (whether or not involved in creating, producing, maintaining or delivering this website), and any of our officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agents of any of them, exclude all liability and responsibility for any amount or kind of loss or damage that may result to you or a third party (including without limitation, any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential loss or damages, or any loss of income, profits, goodwill, data, contracts, use of money, or loss or damages arising from or connected in any way to business interruption, and whether in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise) in connection with this website in any way or in connection with the use, inability to use or the results of use of this website, any websites linked to this website or the material on such websites, including but not limited to loss or damage due to viruses that may infect your computer equipment, software, data or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing this website or your downloading of any material from this website or any websites linked to this website.

COVID-19 / Coronavirus
With the outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we remain committed to fulfilling your booking as long as it is safe to do. However, as we are following the guidelines implemented by our government, this may be subject to change. BLOW will do anything we can to assist you during this unprecedented time. If you wish to discuss your booking and the options please contact us.
We are able to proceed with the vast majority of bookings within England & Wales under the COVID-19 guidance, however, we appreciate that this may not be suitable for some of our customers or there may be last-minute local restrictions. With this in mind, we are still offering the opportunity to postpone your booking to a later date (within 18 months). Please get in touch with us to make arrangements. Any arrangements made directly between yourself and the provider are beyond our control and therefore we cannot be held liable.
Our deposits for any booking affected by the COVID-19 movement restrictions are able to be transferred to a future date of your choice within 12 months of your original booking. Please note that this is subject to availability. There may be an increase in cost when a time of year is changed (ie spring to summer) but we will avoid this wherever possible.
BLOW acts as the booking agent for your booking. This means that any arrangements made directly between yourself and the provider are beyond our control.

Can I postpone?
If your booking falls within the lockdown period or the event will be postponed due to social distancing measures then you can change the date. We will essentially hold your deposit to be used against a booking on a future date.
Will it cost me anything?
There is an option to pay a fee which will entitle you to priority booking as well as a safeguard of any future admin fees should you need to change the date again.
How do I rebook or notify you of postponing?
Please fill in the contact form [here] with all the required information and we will get back to you as soon as possible. It will be within 14 days of your contact as we are operating with reduced staff at this current time.
Can I cancel this booking?
Yes you can cancel your booking. This will mean that we retain your deposit under our [Terms and Conditions].
Can I get a refund?
Due to our terms and conditions that were agreed to on booking no refund is due where an alternative date and vehicle can be provided on our part. You can find further details of our refund policy within our [Terms and Conditions].
Is this covered by my wedding or travel insurance?
We cannot comment on the specifics of your policy. If the other items to do with your event or trip are covered then we cannot see any reason why this also would not be covered. Please contact us if you need to provide further information about your booking.
